THE OBJECTIVE.
Develop, within the integrated "Siempre Avanza" campaign, a hub-type content piece that would accompany the user throughout their purchase decision process, humanizing the brand and building closeness and trust in contrast to the competition.
THE SOLUTION.
I participated in building the overall campaign strategy, collaborating on the definition of insights, content architecture, and communication objectives for Bajaj Patriotismo.
Within this system, I directed, shot, and edited “La Decisión”, a mockumentary inspired by The Office, following a customer's purchase journey through different stages: arrival at the dealership, comparing options, closing the sale, and after-sales service. I also produced a vertical trailer for social media.
It was filmed at Bajaj Patriotismo's real dealership, with an observational treatment — handheld camera, uncomfortable framing, and a measured pace — that favors naturalness over traditional advertising aesthetics, making the brand feel close and authentic at every stage of the customer's journey.
